Signed from Leeds Rhinos before the 2010 campaign, he made a try scoring debut for Salford in the opening Super League defeat at Hull K.R. He made rapid strides through the season to eventually finish as the club’s top try scored with 14 tries.
His pace and eye for an opening made him a big hit with the Willows fans.
He played for the Leeds Rhinos Academy side but was loaned out to Hull for a couple of spells, scoring 6 tries in a dozen appearances, between 2008 and 2009.
The pacy wingman’s displays earned him a call up into Steve McNamara’s England train-on squad. He was also rewarded with a new 3 year contract at Salford.
Called up the England Knights squad in February 2011 and during the year also won the 'Super League's Fastest Man' competition.
