Number 16. Luke Adamson
A hard-running second row forward who is now in his sixth season at The Willows.
The former Leigh East ARL player joined Wigan on a scholarship basis before Salford signed him.
Progressed through the ranks at the Willows and was voted under 18s Players’ Player of the Year in 2005.
He made his 1st team debut as substitute in Salford’s victory at Wakefield Wildcats in 2006 and in 2008 he featured in the Northern Rail Cup final victory over Doncaster and the National League I play off final at Warrington when the Reds pipped Celtic Crusaders in extra time.
He was voted Young Player of the Year in 2009. On the representative front, he has played for the England under 18 Academy side v. Australia Combined High Schools on a couple of occasions.
